We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returns are subject to the rule that the item is in ideal condition, unworn, and has not been washed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Should the item be damaged, soiled, or altered in any way, we reserve the right to deny the return. The return will be considered timely and within the 30-day period if the item has been handed over to postal or other shipping services that have assumed responsibility for delivery.
As proof of return, you are required to provide the receipt or tracking number showing that the item has been submitted to a shipping service for dispatch.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of underwear. We encourage you to review our size guides or contact our customer service for assistance prior to placing your order.

Once we have received the item and confirmed that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
