Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns within 31 days of the original purchase date. Returns are only accepted if the item is in brand-new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage, stains, or alterations. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return or refund.
The return period of 31 days is considered valid only if the item has been officially handed over to a postal or shipping service within this timeframe. A valid tracking number or shipping receipt must be provided as proof of return.
Exceptions & Limitations
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of underwear.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned or refunded.
• Shipping fees from the original order (outbound shipping) are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns caused by shipping carriers. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
• If a returned item does not meet our stated return conditions, we reserve the right to:
• Refuse the return and send the item back to the customer at their expense.
• Issue only a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@golvi.com with:
1. Your order number and purchase date.
2. A brief reason for the return.
3. A photo of the item (if applicable) to confirm its condition before shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
