Shipping policy
General Delivery Rules & Restrictions
We deliver anywhere inside the EEA plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the UK, and selected international destinations including the United States. Our carrier delivers from Monday to Friday.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Spain. Orders placed the day before a holiday may take longer to be delivered.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product purchased, your address, and the method chosen, and can take 5-15 business days in total.
During sales and promotions, deliveries may take a little longer than normal.
It can take 1-2 days to fully process your order and have it picked up by our shipping partners.
If, for any unforeseen event or reason, your order cannot be completed, you will receive a notification shortly after the issue is identified, and your payment will be refunded via the original payment method.
Deliveries are not made to PO boxes.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from DHL. Please use the tracking link provided to get the latest delivery information. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to prepare it as soon as possible.
